Japan (Free Shipping over 11,000 yen): Yamato Transport - 1,000 yen(Including tax)
Overseas: Overseas shipping fee vary depending on selected country and will be added at checkout page.

When shopping from outside Japan, local VAT (10%) will be removed automatically in the checkout process when the shipping country is selected. However, local tax and duties are payable by the recipient when it is imported into your country. This doesn't apply to Japan as we will be shipping from within Japan.

Local levies

Local import duties and VAT vary by country and region. These are to be paid by the customer. Local import duties and VAT are NOT included in the price on the checkout page (Except for Japan).

We will endeavour to get your desired item(s) to you.

・Delivery times within Japan are 1-2 working days from the dates we dispatch. Delivery times outside Japan are within 3-10 days after dispatch.
・We dispatch items within 10 working days after confirmation of your order.
・Orders on Saturday / Sunday / Japanese Holiday will be confirmed and dispatched within 5 working days except for Saturday / Sunday / Japanese Holiday.

Returns, exchange and cancellation of orders

You have up to 7 days upon receiving shipment to return items.
We offer a return or an exchange of items purchased on our website, please send us a request for a return authorization to within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

Returnable condition

If the item(s) is damaged, parts are missing or the order is incorrect. Items returned must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and swing tags attached.
*We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
*We do not allow any Returns, Exchange and Cancellation of Orders due to personal reasons (Ex. wrong size, false orders).
